Job descriptions:
l Assist managing the company's financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses.
l Handle internal report and financial analysis reports
l Assist affiliates’ BOD meetings and other business update meetings
l Studying and assisting IPO process in the US market and related capital market monitoring, research and analysis
l Analyze costs and actual business performance for the company and its affiliates
l Draft and assist in KPI management, business planning, bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow planning and risk management outlook for the company and its affiliates or for specific projects
l Handle other general office tasks

Requirement
l Around 3-5 years of professional work experience
l A solid understanding of financial reporting, treasury, tax, accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP) and other related reporting and analysis
l Good report-writing and communication skills- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.), SAP, and other financial software
l Bilingual (English/Korean) is required
l Must be legally eligible to work in the US
l Attention to details and ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
l Good understanding of contents business with focus on scripted/non-scripted production structuring, distribution, and related business opportunities
l Good understanding of contents business value chain, major players in the market, and key terms for business structuring both at project and company level
